Man sought by authorities in Berks and Montgomery County nabbed by PA State Constables

On Monday, March 12, 2012, Pennsylvania State Constable Marlo Weidenbaugh, Colebrookdale Township Berks County and Pennsylvania State Constable Joshua Stouch, Douglass Township, Montgomery County, took Francis Brancaleoni (aka Frank) into custody on warrants without incident in the 500 block of State Street in Pottstown Borough.
Brancaleoni was being sought by law enforcement officials for various offenses, including multiple counts of driving under DUI suspension and related traffic offenses. Additionally, Brancaleoni was found to have active Common Pleas Court bench warrants held by the Montgomery County Sheriffs for failure to appear for hearings related to an alleged DUI, accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property, and related traffic offenses.
Brancaleoni was committed to Berks County Prison and awaits preliminary hearings on the matters.
