PC versus MAC Part 2

Part 2 of the PC vs. MAC series

To show that I am not completely biased (operative work being “completely”) in regards to favoring a similar priced PC over a MAC book pro, I give a point in the hardware category to Apple.  The end of the power cord which you connect into the MAC book pro is magnetized, this is pretty cool.   A common problem with PC laptops is that the end of the power cord going into the laptop can become loose and ineffective resulting in a repair of between $200 and $300 dollars so your laptop can get power again.   Looking at the outside of Dell I can’t tell if any special measures were taken to reinforce this connection and prevent the problem.  Maybe if I opened it up there would be something inside.  For now, I concede a point to Apple.
