Just two hours after the Raiders defeated JP Mascaro on Sunday, where Liam Grande got the win and John Turner caught 6 innings, these two Raiders raced over to the Valley Forge complex and represented Perk Valley. Turner set the tone for the host Montco All Star team as their starting pitcher going 1 inning with 1 strikeout, 1 walk, no hits facing just 4 batters. He also played 1st base then caught. Grande locked down the Montco All Stars outfield where he shifted between center and right field throughout the game.
Grande led off the second inning with a line drive single up the middle. Turner followed with a walk. Both runners scored that inning when the Montco All Stars put up a five spot. They never looked back and won an exciting game, hanging on in the bottom of the seventh to take it 7-6.
