My name is Caroline Paul, and I love food. I love to shop for it, talk about it, read about it and prepare it, but mostly I love to feed people. I equate food with love and happiness. In my mind, these things are interconnected and inseparable. Perhaps because I am Italian, perhaps because I am a mom, perhaps because I have a collection of cookbooks that borders on compulsion or obsession…who knows?
