The warrants, which were out of 38-1-11, 38-1-12, 38-1-19, and 38-2-03, were issued for a mix of failing to respond to citations as well as failing to pay fines and costs, dating all the way back to 2007.
A hearing on the matter before MDJ Maurice Saylor was held and Hill was able to post monies to secure her release from District Court 38-2-03. Hill was transferred to Chester County Constables who serve District Court 15-2-07 to address those matters.
