Wanted Fugitive from Montgomery and Berks Counties Apprehended
State Constables apprehend wanted Fugitive

On Monday, February 6th, 2012, Constables Steven Burgoon of Earl Twp Berks County and Joshua Stouch of Douglass Twp., Montgomery County, with the assistance of Boyertown, Colebrookdale, Bally, and Douglass (Montgomery) PD, apprehended Ghassan A. Dawoud in the 300 block of E. Philadelphia Avenue, Boyertown Borough.
Dawoud was captured without incident after many hours spent by Constables tracking his whereabouts.

Dawoud was wanted on multiple traffic-related offenses out of Berks County, and also was being sought by Montgomery County Sheriffs since November 16th, 2011 for absconding from probation for a previous conviction of Recieving Stolen Property (F3, reference Docket #CP-46-CR-0002214-2009).
Dawoud was placed in Berks County Prison for failure to post collateral on the traffic offenses as well as the Bench Warrant for Probation Violation.
