A Summary Warrant "sweep" was conducted by Pennsylvania State Constable Joshua Z Stouch from Monday, March 19th thru Friday, March 23rd. Contact was made with multiple individuals who had arrest warrants issued by MDJ Saylor out of District Court 38-2-03, and all of them paid at least a portion (many paid in full) of their fines and costs due and got back on track with payment plans where necessary.

Nearly $1,000 was collected, without any costs to the taxpayers of Montgomery County, and without tieing up any additional police department resources.
Any individuals with outstanding court issues are asked and urged to resolve these matters on their own accord in order to risk the possibility of the embarrasment of having Constables visit you at your home or place of business and being taken into custody.
