Upper Salford's 37th Annual Red, White and Blue 4th of July Parade

Come out and celebrate the 4th of July at the Upper Salford's 37th Annual Red, White and Blue Parade - Rain or Shine! The parade is great FUN! Bring lawn chairs and your friends, neighbors and relatives to watch or participate in the "Citizen's" sponsored parade.

Decorate a float, bicycle or be a festooned walker. Prizes for Best Decorated Bicycle, Best Festooned Walker, Best Large & Small Float, and Best Tractor. Spectators and participants welcome! Old Fashioned Relay Races, Antique Cars and Tractors and Baked Goods! FREE! Hot Dogs, Birch Beer and Cake at the Upper Salford Firehouse! Line-up and Parade Registration is at 9:15AM near the bottom of Potato Road in Upper Salford. Registration is only needed if you want to compete for a prize. The parade begins at 10AM at the corner of Old Skippack Pike and Potato Road in Salfordville and continues east down Old Skippack Pike to the Upper Salford Firehouse.

Please approach Potato Road from Old Sumneytown Pike, NOT Old Skippack Road. We encourage all parade vehicles to continue onto Shelley Road, Schwenksville Road, or Old Skippack after passing the fire company at the end of the parade route.
