Alderfer Auction presents an Estate Sale in Perkasie that features a mix of tractors, farm and lawn equipment, tools, equestrian gear, vintage toys, advertising collectibles, trains, pottery, glassware, furniture, jewelry, clocks, artwork, and household décor. The sale has a particularly strong agricultural, workshop, and horse-related focus, complemented by collectible and decorative material from throughout the estate.

Farm equipment is led by a 1976 Ford 2600 2WD gas tractor and 1952 Ford 8N tractor, along with a Land Pride RCR1260 brush hog, Pequea Champion CX551 PTO wood chipper, Wallenstein WX370 20-ton 3-point hydraulic log splitter, and two horse-drawn sulkies. Lawn and outdoor equipment includes STIHL, Husqvarna, Echo, Homelite, Ryobi, Fimco, Ohio Steel, Agway, and Karcher equipment. Chainsaws include a STIHL MS 250 and Husqvarna 365 Special, while additional equipment ranges from STIHL trimmers and cultivators to an Echo walk-behind string trimmer.
The workshop selection includes extensive Snap-on and Blue-Point hand tools, sockets, wrench sets, tap-and-die sets, a Snap-on rolling tool chest, Craftsman tool storage and power tools, RIDGID equipment, Milwaukee and Black & Decker tools, and a Campbell Hausfeld air compressor. Portable power includes a Honda EU2000i inverter generator and Honda EW170 combination welder/generator.
Equestrian material includes Circle Y and other Western saddles, an English saddle, bridles, tack, saddle pads, horse décor, equestrian books, and fox-hunting themed pieces. Collectibles include vintage Breyer model horses, Roy Rogers and Trigger memorabilia, The Lone Ranger, Lassie, I Love Lucy, Ertl John Deere toys, Mattel, Hasbro, Tinkertoy, Micro Machines, LEGO, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Disney Pixar Toy Story figures, Coca-Cola and Seven-Up advertising, and vintage television and film memorabilia.
Train collectors will find Lionel locomotives, trains, transformer, track, signals, and accessories, including a No. 8707 steam locomotive with Mickey's World Tour '92 tender.
