4-H Toastmasters Junior Leadership and Public Speaking Course

Montgomery County Cooperative Extension and 4-H Center will sponsor 2011 4-H Toastmasters Junior Leadership Course, on consecutive Mondays from Feb. 28 through April 11.

Open to all youth ages 14 to 19, as of the class, the Toastmasters course will increase students' confidence in speaking in front of people. They will learn more about running meetings and elections, great skills for club officers and potential officers.

Students do not need to be 4-H members prior to enrolling in the course, although participation in the Toastmasters course will get a student a one-year membership.
