Aerobics Classes - Trappe

In one hour, an Aerobic Rhythmics class will give you an awesome full-body workout! We start with 30 minutes of cardio dance set to fun, upbeat music and finish with 30 minutes of strengthening and toning. Students should bring a mat and set of light hand weights. Babysitting available Mon & Tues. Saturday class starts at 9:15am.
