Woodrow DeCasere, Chief Roaster for One Village Coffee, will be visiting to lead a specialty coffee education class. You will learn what specialty coffee is, how it is selected, processed, roasted, and the journey from the farm to your cup! During the class you will have a chance to interact with the coffee by viewing a live roasting demonstration and participate in coffee tasting and discussion. There will be a Q & A time at the end of the class. All participants will leave with a sample bag of freshly roasted One Village Coffee!
