
Paddle with the Conservancy team along a seven mile stretch of the Perkiomen Creek! Along the way, learn about the human and natural history of the area, enjoy your lunch on an island, and help us assess the health of the creek through a macro-biotic survey!
The Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy's Annual Perkiomen Creek Sojourn will be held June 9, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., beginning at Red Fox Park, across the street from the Conservancy. (Rain date - June 16). The seven mile Sojourn will end at Hoy Park, on Arcola Road in Lower Providence. Pre-registration with payment is required. Fee: $30 Members/$55 Non-Members. A limited number of rental canoes are available. Canoe rental is $30 per canoe for members and $55 per canoe for non-members.
