The Power of Now Group (P.O.N.G.), a local literary-inspired discussion group, will meet Feb. 13 at 6:30 p.m. This meeting's inspiration is to be announced.
P.O.N.G. is a place where people come together to discuss some philosophical point or topic, usually coming from a book. A single facilitator will take control of the topic and lead the discussion. We encourage the use of examples from your own life, that relate to the topic at hand. At the end, we share anything we have taken away from the discussion.
P.O.N.G. seeks members who have an interest in the ideas, books or passages to be discussed. Members should be respectful of the speaker and material. New members can share as much or as little as they are comfortable with.
