“One Day Only” art show has been extended through Christmas!
Art show of local artists featured in Collegeville/Trappe gallery through Christmas

“Fall in Love with Art”, an art show curated by two Perkiomen Valley artists has been extended! Planned as a one day show, the exhibit will remain in the gallery through Christmas.
30 years ago, artists Susan (Banse) Hohman (SusanHohmanFineArt.com) and Susan Klinger (www.SusanKlinger.com) were student and teacher at Perkiomen Valley High School. After reconnecting a year ago at a local art show, the two artists saw a need for a way to share quality local art with the community. The artists decided to put together a show consisting of local talent that represents the best that the Perkiomen Valley has to offer. They selected a small group of award winning artists for a one day show & sale. The artists invited to participate were chosen for the quality of their work and for the diversity they would bring to the show.
The show opened on Sunday November 13th, drawing customers from the local Perkiomen Valley region as well as from out of state. The gallery was so impressed with the quality of work that the artists were asked to remain in the gallery through the holidays. Of the six original artists, five will continue with a slightly scaled back exhibit through Christmas. They are Elizabeth Boynton – pencil drawing, Susan Hohman – cold wax & oil, collage, Susan Klinger – pastel, watercolor, Andrew Meoli – stained glass, and Teresa Nicolo – pastel. There are a variety of sizes, styles and price ranges to fit every budget. Original art makes for a truly unique gift. Support local artists and take care of your Christmas list at the same time!
