Apply Now! Mail it in this week before Sunday May 11!

Your application must be received at the elections office no later than Tuesday May 13.

Don’t delay helping a friend to make sure their vote counts.

Q: Who can apply for an absentee ballot?

A: Anyone with a good reason. Below are some frequent examples

• Work prevents you from being available at all on May 20 (example: Military, Emergency Services, Physicians, Poll worker )
• Work requires you to travel (example: Sales Reps, Consultants )
• Vacation
• Handicapped or nursing home
• Chronically ill or a planned surgery

Q: Can I still vote at my polling place if I find myself to be available?

A: You can still go to the polling place and you will be challenged (asked) to either have the absentee ripped up or leave it as is and go home.
