Poli Mortgage Group has promoted their Sales and Marketing Manager, Jim Schmidt to the Vice President of Marketing.
CEO, Chip Poli commented on this important move, “I am pleased to announce that Jim Schmidt is being promoted to Vice President, Marketing, for Poli Mortgage Group effective May 1, 2013. He has played many important roles during his 12 year history with our company. I am now asking Jim to focus on bringing Poli Mortgage Group to a new level of success and awareness through the all-important marketing arena.”
Jim began his tenure with Poli Mortgage as a Loan Originator back in 2001. Six years later he took on the role of Sales Manager, and shortly after developed the Marketing team.

He was very eager to accept this new focused responsibility for the company. "I'm excited to take on this role for many reasons. We have a wonderful staff in place, and with the growth the company has been experiencing, it is an exciting time to tell our markets why Poli is a superior company," Jim says.
Jim and his team will be collaborating with all departments within the company to accomplish multiple goals. Chip elaborated; "Jim's focus will be in raising awareness of Poli Mortgage Group to a much broader base of consumers and constituencies, providing a seamless and engaging website and mobile experience for the same audience, driving us to the forefront of the rapidly growing social media platforms where customers are turning to for information and to support the sales organization with business driving initiatives and tactics."

Poli Mortgage Group has recently developed a new marketing vision, and Jim will lead the group in executing against that vision. Under Jim, the focus of the marketing team will be to increase their customer reach, explore new marketing technologies in order to provide enhanced tools to their loan originators, and to provide valuable education to both customers and partners.
Chip added, “I am excited that we will be increasing and enhancing the communication to our target audiences about the Poli story and what it means to them.
Jim will be located at the Headquarters of Poli Mortgage in Norwood, Ma.
