Hundreds Runs in Montour Trail Race

Despite a little rain, plenty of trail enthusiasts turned out for the annual Burgh's Pizza & Wing Pub 10K/5K and 2 Mile Fun Walk.

 went off without a hitch Sunday—with all proceeds benefiting the Montour Trail.

The event kicked off at 9 a.m. Sunday morning in Cecil Park and wound along the Montour Trail until winners were announced and awarded $300, $200 and $100 for first, second and third places, respectively.

A post-race ceremony included a Burgh’s buffet of wings, hoagies, pop, fruit, pasta, beer, water and more.
