Bonnie Loya Achieves Certified International Property Specialist Designation

George Hackett, president of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services, is pleased to announce that Bonnie Loya, a sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services Peters Township office, has been awarded the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation by the National Association of REALTORSâ (NAR).

To obtain the CIPS designation, Loya successfully completed two core and three elective courses centered on global sales. In addition, eligible applicants must demonstrate experience in international real estate by recording 100 points in elective credits. These supplementary credits can be earned by speaking other languages, possessing additional NAR designations, attending international conferences and education sessions, and international transactions in which applicants will be asked to answer specific questions regarding the sales of each transaction.

Loya, a Washington County resident, is a consistent top-producer with approximately 17 years of real estate experience. She has earned additional designations such as Accredited Buyer Representative, Coldwell Banker Previews® International Property Specialist and is a Certified Relocation Specialist.
