Purchasing one quality cookbook can really help focus and direct your resolution.  But with so many choices available, confusion may ensue. Here are some resource suggestions for your healthy cooking endeavors!

Avoid cookbook/diet regimens, which suggest replacing multiple meals with supplement shakes or pills. Also avoid diet plans which exclude entire categories from the food pyramid.
