What do you think are The Important 'Issues' occurring in Peters Township today?

As a 34 year long resident of Peters Township, and being from a family in which four of our five generations have called Peters Township home - This year I am running for Peters Township Council against two other candidates in District B, which covers a lot of the eastern portion of PT.

However, I would like to ask ALL of the residents (from the kids to the adults, to the business owners) what THEY think are the 'HOT Button' issues that we as a township should focus on over the next four years.

I have personally attended meetings since I was sixteen years old, and still do to this day - PT Council, Planning Commission, Zoning/Hearing Board, Peters Creek Sanitary Authority, Peters Township School Disctrict, etc. A lot of course has changed since I graduated high school at PTHS in 1995 (222 kids in our graduating class) to today in 2013 (with over 350 kids expected to graduate).  With growth comes 'issues', and I personally believe our best years as a community are in front of us and not behind us.

I am hoping that this blog post can be used as a forum to express our opinions about the Future of Peters Township.  The most important message though is this - PLEASE be considerate of EVERYONE's opinions/ideas, and THANK YOU for participating! :-)
