Perfect classes for the new student just beginning the study of yoga and for any student who would like to re-visit the basics of a yoga practice. These classes emphasize the techniques of performing fundamental hatha yoga poses, basic breathing, posture alignment, relaxation and meditation. Warm-up exercises are performed to improve flexibility and strength. Slow movements stretch tight muscles and gently loosen stiff joints. All levels of yoga practitioners (both men and women) are welcome.
