REGISTRATION FOR SPRING SOCCER - 2012 SESSION

Register for the Peters Township Soccer Association's Spring 2012 Session

IF YOUR CHILD WAS REGISTERED AND PLAYED ON A TEAM IN THE FALL of 2011, YOU DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER AGAIN FOR THE SPRING SESSION.

Ways to Register –

On-Line - go to www.ptsoccer.org, and click on the registration link, any time on or after January 26^th, 2012.

By mail - by downloading and printing the document on the website.  Complete it and mail it with the fee to the address on the card

A birth certificate copy is required at registration for first time players

Fees:

• $45 for players born between 8/1/05 & 7/31/07
• $55 for all older players

In-House Family maximum payments are $225

The registration deadline is March 5, 2012.  After this date, registrations are limited to space availability and special requests may not be able to be met.

For next season - Look for the Fall 2012 / Spring 2013 registration in April 2012.
