Trax Farms Kids' Camp

Trax Farms is offering fun, educational kids' camp. The camps will be on Aug. 3, 4, 10 and 11. The schedule for the camps is:

  • Aug. 3: "Wonderful World of Water Gardening" featuring A fun demonstration of ponds and what interesting critters call it their home. 
  • Aug. 4: "Earth Friendly Kids" where kids will earn about soil, what it is made of, pot a flower to take home and get a worm to compete in the worm races.
  • Aug. 10: "Herb Gardening for Kids" where children will learn about a variety of herbs and vegetables.
    They also will make their own mini herb garden to take home.
  • Aug. 11: "Down on the Farm" where kids will learn about the farm and how the things they eat grow.
    Then they get a fun hayride around the farm (weather permitting).
