Yoga 1

Basic, classical yoga poses, pranayama (breathing techniques), and the fundamental techniques for meditation will be presented. Simple yoga relaxation techniques and exercises to rejuvenate the body while relieving stress and tensed muscles will be practiced. Class is ideal for first timers or those with only limited yoga experience for both men and women. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat, yoga blocks, and strap.

June 6 to July 18 (no class on June 27 or July 4)
