Youth and Middle School Field Hockey Registration

When: Tuesday, May 22, 2012 from 5:45 - 7:45 pm

Where: Peters Township Public Library

Who: Girls entering 4th to 8th grades interested in playing field hockey

PTYFH will conduct practices and home games at McMurray Elementary in September and October. Transportation included for most Middle School away games.

All players will need to have a physical over the summer and obtain USA Field Hockey membership/insurance.

A $150 deposit includes initial registration and fundraising costs.

Register by July 1, 2012. A $25 late fee will be assessed after 7/1/12. No registrations after 8/1/12.
