David Kegel is a senior at California University of Pennsylvania.
A senior at California University of Pennsylvania will be installed Saturday as captain of the Finleyville Volunteer Fire Company, Station No. 26.
According to a release from Washington County Coroner Tim Warco, David Kegel is the son of deputy coroner Tim Kegel, who's served Washington County for 25 years. He also served as fire chief for Finleyville Volunteer Fire Company, Station No. 26, from 1990-95.
