Old Trail Community Open House - Heartland Homes

If you’re looking to live in a top 10 school district, a township with seven parks including an outdoor amphitheater and a rural secluded setting – then the Old Trail community in Peters Township is right for you. The community located just 10 miles south of Pittsburgh, near Trax Farms, is holding its release of six new large and spacious home sites this weekend.
