- For the youngest visitors and their parents there will be a children’s pool with interactive spray features. A separate splash pad with an elaborate water play structure will provide a wide range of sensory experiences that encourage motor skills development as well as cross generational and collaborative play.
- The main pool body will include slides, diving boards, climbing wall, a rope swing and a lap pool.
- Visitors looking for a more relaxing experience can enjoy the lazy river or lounging on the extensive pool deck.
The township also is conducting a survey on various aspects of the project.
Council rejected bids for the center in May, when the low bid for construction came in at $11.4 million.
