Peters Outlines Christmas Tree Disposal Methods

PETERS TOWNSHIP, PA - With the holidays now over, the township is providing two options for Christmas tree disposal.

Trees can be recycled by dropping them off in Peterswood Park at the baseball fields parking area until Jan. 12. There are yellow signs directing where the trees should be dropped off.

Trees also can be placed curbside for pickup on your normal trash collection day.

With either method, tree should be free of all decorations prior to disposal.
