Peters Township School District's Highest Paid Teachers

PETERS TOWNSHIP, PA - Nearly 100 Peters Township School District teachers had base salaries of $100,000 or higher in 2016-17, Pennsylvania Department of Education records indicate.

The salaries don't represent the teachers' take-home pay. They exclude compensation earned from any additional duties performed and don't include the amounts teachers pay for health care and other benefits.

According to the Department of Education, the average salary for a teacher in Pennsylvania in 2016-17 was $66,265, although teachers' paychecks vary greatly by district.
