Peters Township Schools Debut Online Threat Form

The form replaces one used to exclusively report bullying.

PETERS TOWNSHIP, PA - The Peters Township School District has instituted a new safe schools online tip form for students and parents to submit alerts to school administrators regarding threats, bullying or drug- and alcohol-related incidents. The district previously used online bullying forms for grades 4-12.

District officials said in a statement that all submitted reports will be taken seriously. They also reminded parents that any urgent alerts during evenings or weekends should be reported to the Peters Township Police Department.

The district also is working with the department to organize discussions to address parental concerns and discuss safety plans. The first meeting for high school parents will occur at the March 8 at 7 p.m. at the high school.
