Viewfinder—Annual Plant Sale

The weather is heating up and it's time to tend those gardens. It was a beautiful day in the neighborhood for the the Peters Township Public Library and the Giant Oaks Garden Club's annual Spring Plant Sale and Flea Market.

Along with a variety of plants and flowers, there were tchotchkes, knick knacks and gewgaws. Several participants sold some yummy baked goods like cookies and brownies.

Most of the flowers and plants were grown by the members of the Giant Oaks Garden Club, with a few items purchased at local farms.

There were two large gift baskets awaiting a lucky winner to take them home.
