The Washington Symphony Orchestra will perform a FREE outdoor concert of patriotic music on Thursday, July 11 at 8 p.m. to officially open the annual "Whiskey Rebellion Festival" sponsored by the historical David Bradford House in Washington. The WSO will perform under the tent across from The Observer-Reporter and there will be limited seating. You may want to B.Y.O. C. (bring your own chair) for the outdoor concert!
