PHILADELPHIA — Authorities are investigating another shooting on SEPTA property that occurred over the holiday weekend.

A 19-year-old man was shot at about 11:30 p.m. Monday on a SEPTA platform at 15th and Market streets in Center City Philadelphia, Fox 29 reports.

A man was shot by another man on the westbound platform at the station after a physical altercation, which ended with gunfire, SEPTA said.

SEPTA said the victim was shot in the right pelvic area and the bullet went into his abdomen.

SEPTA Police took the victim to Jefferson University Hospital, where he is in stable but critical condition.

The gunman fled the scene before police arrived.
