2 In Custody In Pat's Steaks Fatal Beating: Reports

While two people have been taken into custody in connection with the beating death of Isidro Cortez, two others are still wanted.

PHILADELPHIA — Two of the four suspects in the fatal beating outside Pat's King of Steaks that occurred last week are in police custody, according to reports.

Police Monday said Omar Arce, 32, and Jose Alberto Flores-Huerta, 33, have been taken in on murder, attempted murder, and related charges, Fox 29 reports.

Two others, Osvaldo "Willie" Pedrazza and Victor Pedrazza are still wanted in connection with the incident, NBC10 reports.

The incident occurred at about 1:56 a.m. Thursday outside Pat's and left 28-year-old Isidro Cortez, of Queens, New York, dead.

Cortez's father and friend were also hurt in the incident.

Last week's marked the second death outside Pat's in less than two months.

David Padro, 22, of Camden, New Jersey, was shot and killed outside Pat's in the early morning of July 22.

Paul Burkert, 36, of Reading, was charged with murder, tampering with evidence, recklessly endangering another person, firearm crimes, and more in connection with Padro's death.

Additionally, Jamie Frick, 36, of Lebanon County, was charged with murder, tampering with evidence, conspiracy, and obstruction in connection with the fatal shooting.
