PHILADELPHIA — A $2 million-winning Pennsylvania Lottery ticket was sold at a Philadelphia business recently.
According to the Pennsylvania Lottery, a Cash 5 with Quick Cash ticket sold for the Sunday drawing matched all five balls drawn, 3-9-10-18-25, to win $2 million less withholding.
The ticket was sold at Fisthown Market, 2328 E. Norris St. in Philadelphia.
