Here's what Breweries In Pennsylvania said about Fermentery Form.
Fermentery Form is a small artisan brewery in the West Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia. “We produce delicate and flavorful beers, fermented with our own mixed cultures. A central pillar of our production is our Solera system. This pyramid of barrels contains beer of various ages, in an array of oak types from around the world”
The hours of this brewery vary. So you have to be active to keep up with their latest brews!
And this is what they have to say about Human Robot:
Built in the former location of St. Benjamin Brewing in Philadelphia, Human Robot opened to the public officially in early 2020. The brewery is named for the two styles of beer the team brews. Human refers to the classic, European-style beers, while the Robot side is a reference to more modern, out-there techniques that yield hazy IPAs and crazy huge stouts.
Operating within the space is also Poe’s Sandwich Joint. As profiled in a recent Eater article; N.A Poe, who first made a name for himself in Philly as a marijuana activist, reopened his popular sandwich shop inside the new brewery. “We’re going from essentially a takeout window to having a sit-down restaurant. It’s a big upgrade,” says Poe, a.k.a. Richard Tamaccio Jr. “We closed the doors less than three months ago, and three months later we rebounded back on our feet in a better situation. I’m not trying to look backward.”
One other Philly area brewery was on the list, as well.
Tired Hands in Ardmore was listed as No. 5
