2022 Philadelphia St Patrick's Day Parade: What You Need To Know
After a hiatus in 2020 and 2021, the beloved St. Patrick's Day Parade is all set for Sunday. See details for this year's event here.
PHILADELPHIA — This year marks the return of the Philadelphia St. Patrick's Day Parade and will celebrate the parade's 250th anniversary.
The parade will take place at 11 a.m., with marchers stepping off at 16th Street and JFK Boulevard.
(Sunday is Daylight Savings Time, so make sure your clocks are one hour ahead so you don't miss the festivities.)

Marchers will head down Market Street, then turn right on Front Street and finally ending at Penn's Landing on Dock Street
Parade performances will take place at Independence Mall.

Participants in the parade include Irish dance troops, heritage organizations, and more.
This year's theme is "250 years of faith, family, friendship, and heritage."
Before the parade, there will be a Procession of the Grand Marshal and the Board Members will be led by the Emerald Society Pipe Band at 9 a.m.
The 2022 Grand Marshal is Michael J. Bradley Jr.
Then a commemorative mass will be held at 9:15 a.m. at Saint Patrick’s Church, 242 S. 20th St.
CW Philadelphia will air the parade from noon to 3 p.m. Sunday.
