Boyle Projected Winner In 2nd Congressional District Race

PHILADELPHIA — Democratic Rep. Brendan Boyle has been projected the winner by NBC and other outlets in Pennsylvania's 2nd Congressional District race.

Boyle was up against Republican challenger Aaron Bashir as he sought to hold onto his seat representing a large portion of Philadelphia.
