3 Fatally Shot In Separate Shootings Over Weekend
Three men were fatally shot in three separate shooting incidents over the weekend, Philadelphia Police said.
PHILADELPHIA — Three people were killed in three separate shootings Saturday in Philadelphia, police said.
The first shooting occurred at about 7:27 p.m. on the 1700 block of North Gratz Street.
Police said a 67-year-old man was shot multiple times in the second-floor front room of a property on that block.

He suffered injuries to his jaw, right chest, and right back and was taken to Temple Hospital by police where he was listed in critical condition, but later died from his injuries.
Then at about 7:50 p.m., a man was shot on the unit block of North 52nd Street, police said.

William Shirley, 23, was shot multiple times throughout his body, according to police.
Police said he was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he died at 8:05 p.m.
On Sunday, a 43-year-old man died after being shot once in the head on the 1400 block of Kerper Street, police said.
The shooting happened at about 3:17 a.m.
Police said the victim, identified as Calton Brown, was pronounced dead at the scene at 3:24 AM.
No arrests were made, and no firearms were found, police said.
