4 Cars Stolen At Gunpoint From Avis At Philadelphia Airport: Police
Police said one of the four men involved punched a security guard and stole his phone before taking the vehicles Friday morning.
PHILADELPHIA –Four cars were stolen from a rental car business at the Philadelphia International Airport Friday morning, according to Philadelphia Police.
Police said the crime occurred at about 4 a.m. Friday, Aug. 4 at Avis, 1 Arrivals Road.
Four men took four cars – a tan Ford Edge, a silver Chevrolet Impala, a black Chevrolet Cruz, and a silver Nissan Altima – form the business, police said.

Before the cars were stolen, one of the men punched the security guard at the gate and took his iPhone, police said.
The attacker brandished a handgun while committing the crime, police said.

Police said all four men were black males. The male who attacked the guard is described as 5-feet 8-inches tall with a light brown complexion and was wearing a blue hoodie. The others are believed to be 19 to 21 years old.
