4 Philly Nursing Programs Ranked Among PA's Top 30

See how RegisteredNursing.org ranked these Philly nursing programs against other PA schools in its 3rd Annual State RN Program Rankings.

PHILADELPHIA — Nurses are among the most important healthcare workers in the field. And in Pennsylvania, we have some stellar nursing schools, several of which are right here in Philadelphia.

RegisteredNursing.org recently release its 3rd Annual State RN Program Rankings.

The ranks were calculated by analyzing current and historical NCLEX-RN "pass rates," meaning the percentage of graduates who pass the exam, out of the 77 RN programs in the state.

And four Philadelphia programs made the list.

Drexel University's program was ranked No. 10. UPenn came in at No. 23, Temple at No. 24, and Roxborough Memorial Hospital was ranked No. 28.

Other area programs in the top 30 include Villanova University, Neumann College, Harcum College, and Eastern University.
