Beerathon was born out of training injuries that sidelined a group of friends from competing in the New York City Marathon. The injuries led them to pivot to something they were also good at: drinking beers. Thus, in 2011 the Beerathon was born in New York City.
A 26 bar, 26 beer adventure that captured the imaginations of beer lovers around the world.
The Navy Yard is located at 4747 S. Broad St. in Philadelphia.
