$5K Reward Offered In Wawa Robberies: Philadelphia Police

PHILADELPHIA — A $5,000 reward is offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a man who robbed Wawa stores in Philadelphia suspect responsible for these robberies.
According to Philadelphia Police, an unknown black or Hispanic male came into the Wawa at 4506 Castor Ave. armed with a handgun demanding money at 11 p.m. on Sept. 8.
After taking about $250 the suspect fled in an unknown direction.

The same suspect also robbed the Wawa at 7001 Roosevelt Boulevard at 5 a.m. on Sept. 11 with a handgun, and after taking about $200 he fled in an unknown direction.
Police described the suspect at a black or Hispanic male in his early 50s.

He is 5 feet 9 inches to 6 feet tall and weighs 180 to 220 pounds.
Police said he is bald.
He wore a black shirt with an astronaut helmet on the front, black shorts, black and white sneakers, blue long sleeve shirt white writing, gray shorts, white sneakers.
