Police Activity Closes I-76 In Philadelphia

Police blocked off all lanes of Interstate 76 east between exits 341 and 342 to deal with a driver who stopped in the right lane.

PHILADELPHIA — Interstate 76 east in Philadelphia was shut down due to police activity Thursday afternoon, PennDOT said.

The highway was blocked between Exit 341 for Montgomery Drive and Exit 342 for Girard Avenue.

According to PennDOT, police were dealing with a driver who stopped in the right lane on Interstate 76 east at the above location.
