PHILADELPHIA, PA — Labor shortages have reportedly hit airlines hard, and Philadelphia International Airport will feel the impact.

American Airlines announced this week that more than 1,800 of their domestic flights scheduled out of Philadelphia for September and October have been canceled.

The 9 percent reduction in flights, first reported in the Philadelphia Business Journal, are the largest cuts American is making at any airline in country.
