Update: All lanes reopened just before 4:30 p.m.
CHESTER, PA — A crash has caused a traffic jam late Thursday afternoon on Interstate 95, according to 511PA.
A multi-vehicle crash was reported at 3:49 p.m. on I-95 southbound in Chester, a mile ahead of Exit 4 to Route 322 East and the Commodore Barry Bridge.
Lane restrictions are in place as of this writing.
The roadway is expected to clear up just after 4:30 p.m., 511PA says.
