PHILADELPHIA — As World Cup fever hits Philadelphia, plenty of bars, restaurants and outdoor venues are preparing to televise the action.

FIFA World Cup 2026 begins Thursday, with 104 matches taking place across 16 North American host cities, including Philadelphia. The World Cup final is on July 19.

Temporarily renamed "Philadelphia Stadium" for the tournament, Lincoln Financial Field will host six matches. It will culminate with a Round of 16 game on July 4, during the nation's 250th anniversary.

Team USA's matches are also bound to draw high crowds at public venues. Here's the team's schedule for Group Play:

Below are some places to watch the action. Not every establishment will show every match, so make sure you check ahead for any specific game — or whether you should get a reservation.

FIFA Fan Festival

The "Soccer Coachella" will take over Lemon Hill in East Fairmount Park from June 11 to July 19. Open on match days and non-match days, organizers expect crowds between 15,000 and 20,000 enjoying the carnival-like atmosphere. More info.
