Father Mum On Missing Toddler's Location As Search Continues: Philly Police

PHILADELPHIA — A 1-year-old girl has gone missing, and Philadelphia Police say her father has withheld information that could help find her.

Royalty Cruz's mother last saw her child Monday on the 5200 block of Oakland Street in Northeast Philadelphia, police said.

She has since been with her father, who is currently out of state, police said Wednesday. The father claims that Royalty is in Philadelphia but hasn't shared an address or who she's with, police said.

Royalty has brown eyes and curly black hair.
